• A government issued photo identification
• Proof of Income

PAYMENT IN CASH IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

Clinic Costs

$100 for Surgery ONLY Includes:

Basic veterinary exam, spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, microchip and
e-collar(cone) when needed.

$120 for Surgery plus Wellness Includes:

Basic veterinary exam, spay or neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, core vaccine (FVRCP) and one dose of deworming.

Who Qualifies

• Client is a recipient of Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
• Client is a recipient of Ontario Works (OW)
• Client is a recipient of Seniors Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
• Or client whom qualifies as “low-income” using the federal “Low Income Cut Off” (LICO)

Important Information

• As we are pre-paying for the veterinary services, there will be no refunds for missed appointments.
• Any follow up services is at the clients expense through your local veterinarian.
• Remember, the Quinte Humane Society's slogan, "If you've got a pet, get a vet!" Annual veterinary visits are the best way to ensure your pet's health.
