Tune into 95.5 Hits FM to listen live on Saturday mornings between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM for Saturday's Featured Pet and other great information about QHS
Karla is a 3-year-old female cat. She is a brown tabby with exquisite markings and a whole lot of extra toes! Karla came to QHS as a stray brought in by animal control at the beginning of October. She was never claimed and is now available for adoption. Karla would like a nice quiet home where she can just relax and enjoy getting affection from her new human friends. She is such a sweet girl. She loves getting scratches and pets from the staff here. If she isn’t in her bed having a cat nap, you can find her at the front of the cage, trying to get your attention. Karla does not seem bothered by the other cats here and would likely do just fine in a home with another feline friend. She does not like dogs and should not be in a home with dogs, as they seem to cause her a great amount of stress. Karla would prefer her new home have older kids only, as she would not enjoy being chased around by younger children. She prefers to do her own thing and just be loved while enjoying a cuddle on the couch. Karla is a picky eater, and will only eat one type of food, so if you are interested in adopting her, please discuss with staff what her dietary needs are. Karla can’t wait to meet her new family!
Cat Adoption fee of $140 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.
