Tune into CJBQ 800 AM to listen live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:25 AM for Featured Pets and other great information about QHS proudly sponsored by CJBQ, the station that cares about community!
Tamales is an approximately 3-year-old white & black female kitty. She came in to QHS as a stray when a kind person found her and feared for her safety. She was not claimed and after gaining some weight, she has been put up for adoption. Tamales can be a very sweet girl who likes to be pet but will let you know when she has had enough of it by giving you a gentle swat with her paw. Because of this staff think she would do best in a home with adults only, or one with older, cat savvy children. Tamales would like to be the only pet in the home. She does not like other cats and dogs seem to cause her stress. Tamales is an extremely playful cat; she likes to have a variety of different toys to play with and can’t wait to have a human friend to play with her too. You can meet this gorgeous girl at the shelter, 527 Avonlough Road, Belleville.
Cat Adoption fee of $140 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.
